i just came back from spring break and got greeted by my hoodie! it’s super cute and the embroidery is very well done, the only problem that i had was processing time. i ordered 02/08 and didn’t receive it until 03/05. very cute though and customer service was super nice!

Worth every penny! I know I should wash this sweat shirt before I wear it, but I tried it on and now I refuse to take it off. It is so soft and super quality. My customizations are exactly what I asked for and I am in LOVE!

I ordered a purple tri sig sweatshirt. Seller was very nice and let me know it only came in a hoodie. It turned out perfect and my daughter loves it!

Came pretty quickly for it being a custom embroidered sweatshirt. I love this Crewneck and how the thread matches it perfectly. I would order your true size.

The crew necks are amazing but it took over a month to ship! I luckily had a warning from my big that they took a while to ship but I reached out to this seller about an estimate of when they might ship and I received no message back. All I was looking for was an update, I wasn’t mad but I’m kind of annoyed. Either way, the quality is great just expect it to take over a month to ship.

I’ll start with positive. The final shirt was very well made! I started order in Nov and received shirt with wrong sorority. Next is what I was most upset about. Seller sent me return label, but I had to buy packaging to send back in & go to PO during holiday AND she would not ship me new item until this one was “scanned”, but said it would go out next day. Heard nothing forever and no new shipment. Seller blamed Covid which honestly is the new customer svc excuse. No way Covid can be blamed for a two month ordeal. Had to open case with Etsy in order to get response. Shipped me a defective shirt (thread unraveling) & “by mistake” shipped another shirt shortly after. Offered to let me keep both, which at this point was like yeah…not sending you back another thing & it was defective?! Final shirt good & by Xmas. Lots of time spent

The embroidery was very nicely done but the quality of the sweatshirt material, for $72, was way below what I expected. I expected it to be much softer and cozier for that price.
