Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

Customer accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another individual without our authorization.

Duo Threads reserves the right to restrict or suspend account access for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Products & Merchandise

Duo Threads offers retail merchandise, including apparel, accessories, needlepoint products, footwear, and other merchandise.

Certain products may be ready-to-ship, made-to-order, customized, or produced in limited quantities.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, sizing, colors, materials, photographs, and other relevant details.

However, slight differences may occur due to manufacturing processes, production methods, lighting, and individual screen settings.

Product availability, descriptions, pricing, and selections may change without notice.

Duo Threads reserves the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or modify merchandise offerings as permitted by law.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected merchandise and authorizing payment for the applicable order total.

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, product availability, and applicable production requirements.

Duo Threads reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order, subject to applicable law.

Orders are considered accepted once confirmed by Duo Threads.

Customers are responsible for verifying product selections, quantities, sizes, colors, customization details, and shipping information before submitting an order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the information provided and issue any applicable refund.

Purchases made through our retail website are intended for personal use and not unauthorized commercial resale.

4. Pricing, Payments & Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the payment provider to charge the total amount associated with their purchase.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates.

Price Adjustments

Duo Threads does not offer price adjustments.

Discounts, promotional pricing, or coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Customers are responsible for entering any eligible promotional codes during checkout.

5. Order Processing & Production Times

Because many Duo Threads products are made to order, processing and production times vary by product category.

Our standard estimated processing times are:

Apparel	10–15 business days

Processing begins once an order is confirmed and all required information, approvals, and materials are available.

Business days exclude weekends and observed company holidays.

These estimates do not include shipping transit time.

During peak shopping seasons, holidays, major product launches, or periods of increased order volume, additional processing time may be required.

Processing estimates are not guaranteed shipment or delivery dates.

6. Made-to-Order & Custom Merchandise

Certain products are produced or customized specifically for each customer.

Custom orders may require additional information, artwork preparation, proof approvals, material sourcing, or production time.

Customers are responsible for verifying all submitted customization details, including spelling, names, designs, colors, and other specifications.

Once customization details or proofs are approved, production may begin according to those specifications.

Changes requested after production has started may not be possible.

Custom and personalized merchandise is final sale, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect products and any rights required by applicable law.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are generally displayed during checkout.

Shipping transit time begins once an order has been transferred to the carrier and is separate from production and processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple product categories may ship together or separately at Duo Threads' discretion.

Expedited shipping does not automatically include expedited processing or production.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We will assist customers with shipping issues in accordance with our Shipping & Processing Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates obligations or remedies required by law for merchandise that is not delivered.

8. Returns, Store Credit & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible merchandise may be requested for return within 15 days of delivery.

Standard approved returns are issued as store credit only, rather than refunds to the original payment method.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition, with applicable original tags and packaging.

Approved returns must be shipped or delivered back to Duo Threads within 7 days of return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with standard returns. Duo Threads will provide a return shipping label, and the applicable label cost will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Returns are subject to inspection before store credit is approved.

Final Sale Merchandise

The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:

• All mock necks

• Custom apparel

• Custom accessories

• Sorority apparel

• Shoes

• Items purchased at 30% off or more

• Sale merchandise

• Seasonal merchandise

• Hats

• Jewelry

• Hair accessories

• Bodysuits

• Bralettes

• Intimates

• Swimwear

Final-sale restrictions do not eliminate applicable legal remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact shop@duothreads.com promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

9. Exchanges

Duo Threads does not offer standard merchandise exchanges.

Customers who would like a different size, color, or style may place a new order, subject to availability.

Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted to shop@duothreads.com as soon as possible.

Requests are subject to order status, production progress, product eligibility, and applicable law.

Final-sale merchandise, including custom products, mock necks, sorority apparel, and other designated categories, cannot be canceled or modified once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

Orders that have entered production or shipped may not be eligible for modification or cancellation.

11. Intellectual Property

All Duo Threads website content, including logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, product designs, artwork, videos, text, and other materials, is owned by Duo Threads or its respective licensors.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, licensing, and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing merchandise does not transfer intellectual property rights associated with the product or its design.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute, manufacture, modify, resell digital content, or commercially exploit Duo Threads' intellectual property without prior written authorization.

Collegiate, sorority, and other licensed trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Shopify and its licensors retain ownership of their respective names, logos, technologies, and proprietary materials.

12. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

Our website may provide access to tools, applications, and services operated by third parties.

These may include payment services, customer account tools, product reviews, and other website features.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Duo Threads does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operations, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review the applicable terms before using third-party services.

Our website may contain links to external websites, applications, or platforms that are not owned or operated by Duo Threads.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of independent third-party websites.

14. Relationship with Shopify

Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology supporting our online store.

All purchases made through our website are transactions between the customer and Duo Threads.

Shopify is not the seller of Duo Threads merchandise and is not responsible for Duo Threads' product fulfillment, merchandise quality, or customer service obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not liable for claims arising solely from purchases or transactions between customers and Duo Threads.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, processed, disclosed, and protected.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

Shopify and authorized service providers may process information necessary to support website functionality, transactions, fraud prevention, customer service, and related operations.
