Can I make changes to my order?
We totally get it — sometimes you change your mind! If you reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to make it happen. After that window, our team has already started processing and we're unable to make changes. When in doubt, contact us as soon as possible!
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it. After 24 hours, orders are already in production and cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding!
When will I receive my order?
It depends on what you ordered! Here's a general breakdown:
- Custom and personalized orders: Please allow 10–12 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
- Boutique and ready-to-ship products: Typically ship within 2–3 business days.
We'll send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to love everything you order from us! Please visit our Return Policy page to see if your order qualifies. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help.
My tracking says my package was returned. What do I do?
Oh no! This usually happens when there's an issue with the shipping address provided at checkout.
We ship directly to the address entered on your order, so please double check before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address causes a return, we're happy to reship your order. However, a new postage fee will apply if the error was not on our end.
If you think there was a mistake, reach out to us right away and we'll sort it out together!
My tracking shows delivered but I never received my package. Help!
We know how frustrating this is! Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it falls outside of our control.
We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors
- Checking with your building or leasing office
- Contacting your local post office directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier, but we always want to help however we can.
I have a favorite style I don't see on your site. Can you find it?
Absolutely! This is one of our favorite things to do. We have access to hundreds of styles, cuts, and blanks that aren't listed on our site. Send us a note describing what you're looking for and we'll do our best to track it down for you.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our very best to photograph and represent our products as accurately as possible, but screens, monitors, and phones all display color a little differently. Slight variations can occur.
If color matching is important to your order, please reach out before purchasing and we'll do everything we can to help you get it right.
How do I know what size to order?
We want you to feel amazing in everything you wear! Size charts are provided on most product pages, and we strongly encourage you to reference them before ordering.
When in doubt, size up, especially for custom embellished items. Too-tight garments can cause pulling, puckering, and damage around the lettering over time.
Custom items are not returnable for sizing issues, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

Where are you located?
Our headquarters and warehouse are located in Midland, Michigan. We also have showrooms in Dallas, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia for our wholesale customers. We ship nationwide!
