Return Policy

Store Credit Only

Duo Threads offers store credit only for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

To qualify for store credit, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, and any other signs of wear. All original tags must be attached when applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

 

Final Sale Items

Due to the made-to-order and limited-run nature of many of our products, all mock necks, custom apparel, custom accessories, shoes, and sorority apparel are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged once an order has been placed.

The following items are also final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Items purchased at 30% off or more
  • Sale items
  • Seasonal items
  • Hats
  • Jewelry
  • Hair accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Bralettes
  • Intimates
  • Swimwear

 

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the order date.

Once approved, your return must be shipped or delivered back to Duo Threads within 7 days. Returns received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Items that do not comply with our return policy will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email shop@duothreads.com with the subject line:

RETURN – [Order Number]

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit amount.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact shop@duothreads.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Duo Threads is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact shop@duothreads.com and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Exchanges

Due to our limited inventory and frequent product releases, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before shipment, but mistakes can occasionally happen.

If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please contact shop@duothreads.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with details of the issue.

If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label and work quickly to send the correct item.

 

Price Adjustments

If an item you purchased is permanently marked down and moved to our Sale section within 14 days of your order date, you may request a one-time price adjustment in the form of store credit.

Price adjustments do not apply to:

  • Temporary promotions
  • Flash sales
  • Discount codes
  • Sitewide sales
  • Previously completed promotions

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
