Shipping & Processing Policy
Last Updated: October 19, 2026
Thank you for shopping with Duo Threads! We work hard to get your order prepared, packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible. Because many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the type of merchandise, current order volume, and production schedules.
Please review our shipping and processing guidelines before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Our estimated processing times vary by product category:
| Product Category |
Estimated Processing Time |
| Accessories |
5–8 business days |
| Needlepoint |
8–10 business days |
| Apparel |
10–15 business days |
Processing times begin once your order is confirmed and any required information, artwork approvals, or materials are available.
Business days exclude weekends and observed company holidays.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
These estimates may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization requirements, and current production capacity.
Seasonal Demand & Peak Periods
During high-volume shopping and production periods, processing times may be extended due to increased order demand.
We do our best to maintain our standard processing timelines, but additional time may be necessary during peak seasons, major product launches, holidays, and other high-volume periods.
Any significant changes to estimated processing times will be communicated when possible.
Made-to-Order & Custom Merchandise
Certain apparel, accessories, and other merchandise may be made to order or customized specifically for you.
Custom and personalized products may require additional time for artwork preparation, approvals, material sourcing, and production.
If additional information or approval is required, processing may not begin until the necessary details have been received.
Orders Containing Multiple Product Categories
If your order contains products with different processing times, we may ship your items together or in separate shipments depending on production schedules, product availability, and fulfillment logistics.
Partial shipments are determined by Duo Threads on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing or production time.
Shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Expedited shipping does not automatically include expedited processing or production.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package specifications, and selected shipping method.
If your order qualifies for a promotional or complimentary shipping offer, the applicable terms will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates after your package has been transferred to the carrier.
