Gift Card
- The gift card number will arrive in your order confirmation email. Make sure to double-check your spam folder if you don't get it right away!
- Since the gift card number will be emailed to you after it's purchased, there's no risk of spoilers!
- You can then forward the email with the code to the recipient or print out the email for an in-person gift :)
- Production Time & Return Policy
Our current processing time can take up to 10-12 business days. If you ordered an item that had a rush option that item will ship within the rush time frame. Shipping can take an additional 2-5 days.
Since every item is made just for you we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue or damage to an order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
